Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

As a user of Google G Suite, having signatures rolled out to our company is very important. We use Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for G Suite (Workspace) to deploy all of our users and clients' email signatures from a central location. We use it to have all mobile numbers (important during COVID) on each outgoing email. Each user has a banner at the bottom of their signatures to allow marketing to happen automatically. We track clicks on social media profiles and marketing banners to measure the effectiveness of the signatures.
  • Easy rollout
  • Compatible with mobile, Outlook, and G Mail.
  • Support is amazing and quick.
  • Simple design of signatures based on whatever you can think of.
  • Stable infrastructure
  • There is a need for more templates to get you up and running fast.
  • A better show of what has synchronized from the Google Directory.
  • Marketing is made easy.
  • Weird signatures with weird fonts and colors is removed from the equation.
  • Less time spent by the IT department to set up the signatures.
To get your signatures up and running is fairly painless. It is really just a follow along with a guide.

Once it is setup, the software just works. You have the option of using it with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

You can change the entire company's email signatures in a couple of seconds. Based either on a query per branch, group, location, department etc or for all the users.

In deploying Exclaimer in large companies, there has never been a query or selection of people that the client has wanted that was not possible with Exclaimer.

The flexibility is powerful.
CodeTwo doesn't have the ability to manage signatures for G Suite. I have used it for some clients on Office (Microsoft) 365 and found it cumbersome and didn't enjoy the interface or the way you deploy it.

Yes

Evernote, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Camtasia, Google Sheets, Google Slides, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, WordPress, DaVinci Resolve, Windows Server, Ubuntu OpenStack
It is well suited for anyone that wants to have email signatures from all devices. If you are only sending from 1 user from the Gmail interface then you can set up a signature for yourself easily. As soon as you would like to have more people and have a standard look for your company, then all devices should have Exclaimer enabled.

Using Exclaimer

12000 - Everything from sales and marketing to technical support and architectural planning.

Everyone in the company that has a mailbox, uses Exclaimer for a signature.

Each department has their own variation and design based on their needs.
1 - Exclaimer is very easy to support and the 1 person that is supporting these clients supports multiple of them and also does other work.

It is really easy to support once it is setup.
  • Marketing
  • Promoting new special or award
  • Giving all the contact details that are needed to allow people to contact the sender.
  • Track how many people interact with the signature elements
  • Promote new website articles (blogs) with a signature banner
  • Getting feedback on service with customer thermometer
Until Microsoft or Google roll out their own signature system, there is no satisfactory way of getting quality signatures without exclaimer.

Evaluating Exclaimer and Competitors

Yes - We have replaced CodeTwo and manual PowerShell commands with a simple email signature solution in Exclaimer.

At 1 client we replaced handcoded html that was copied and pasted into each users Outlook. This was on 450 machines. It took the IT department a week to roll out a new signature.
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Prior Experience with the Product
It has to be stable and reliable. CodeTwo is never reliable. It works 95% of the time and that is not good enough.

Exclaimer Support

Between the live chat and the ticketing system, the support is very good. Problems with support would be when you are dealing with an onPrem server or Microsoft 365 which would be outside the support of Exclaimer.

No, we don't use premium support.
Exclaimer jumped on a Teams meeting with myself and my client who had a very complicated hybrid Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server, with Mimecast and compliance rules. They worked through the setup with us to make sure that the client was confident in the deployment.

They dedicated 4 members of support for about 30-45 mins, to make sure that the client was sorted. Really special service.
