Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use EZ Texting to collect ecological momentary assessment data for a research project. It is being used by a department that is running this specific project. EZ texting solved multiple business problems for us. It allows us to conveniently send a link to a survey to our participants via text on their phones so we do not have to rely on email. This results in higher response rates as participants are more likely to be on their phones than their computers. EZ texting also allows us to set up recurring texts in advance. This makes it much easier for us to run large numbers of participants at once without having to manually send multiple texts every day.
  • EZ texting is great at setting up recurring texts at specific times.
  • EZ texting is great at tracking information so we can see which texts have been sent and who has replied.
  • EZ texting makes it easy to send out mass messages which greatly minimizes our work.
  • I wish I could send longer texts, the character limit is quite small.
  • Some areas of the interface can be a little bit confusing at times.
  • EZ texting has allowed us to collect data from approximately 150 participants at 9 time points each.
I have not used any similar products before, but I love EZ Texting and cannot imagine a better product for my needs.
EZ texting is well suited for situations in which you need to send text messages at specific times on a recurring basis. You can set up all of these at once which is much easier than doing it manually. EZ texting is also well suited for sending links to people via text. It would be less suited for scenarios in which you need to send long texts.
