Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
Our marketing department currently uses it weekly to send out SMS marketing campaigns to our existing customers. We also use it to handle our keyword SMS responses. Customers can text a keyword and receive a response with an application link.
- Marketing responses are well-kept in the interface.
- API interaction is straightforward.
- I would like to see an API to use some of the tools such as the Link Shortener.
- I'd like to have the ability to get API support via chat.
- We have been able to offer more marketing options (SMS) to our clients that our competitors have not done.
We evaluated several other SMS providers but they did not provide all of the features we needed that EZ Texting provided.
Integrating EZ Texting
- We integrated to our customer ERP platform.
it was fairly straightforward. We use a Laravel based custom platform.
- We don't have any plans at the moment to integrate to any other systems.
- File import/export
- API (e.g. SOAP or REST)
Read API documentation and there shouldn't really be any issues integrating to a custom PHP/Laravel system.
