Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
It’s used to communicate with existing and potential members. It’s used by all staff and provides another method of communicating, other than calling on the phone.
- Manages the Opt Out function
- Allows for multiple contact groups
- Adding a notification when responses to text messages are received
- Being able to easily text potential members has increased the number of sign ups
We were able to immediately start using EZ Texting and its functions.
Using EZ Texting required very little training.
Picture messaging allows for an overall better text message and more inviting messages.
I have yet t use this feature.
EZ Texting is a more advanced product, but is very user-friendly.
