Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We send out appointment reminders prior to clients' tax appointments, we also send out quarterly reminders. Reminding the clients when their quarterly taxes are due.

- Sometimes when searching a client it doesn't always pull them up.
- Send out messages a little faster (may not be your end). Some take a few hours before they receive them.
- Cut down on so many outgoing calls to make.
- Makes my quarterly reminder so much faster. Can do it all in 1 or 2 swoops.
It has been over a year since we started using EZ Texting but it seemed almost instantly that we had it up and running. It is very user-friendly for our new staff that get trained on it.
Easy to use.
I wish we could send or receive pictures. It doesn't seem to work when we have tried it.
