Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting is being used by our organization to streamline the messaging of hundreds and thousands of individuals at once.
- Easy bulk upload.
- Allows group and segmentation.
- Billing - They advise how many credits it will cost but it would be great to see the direct correlation to money.
- Ability to duplicate texts already sent.
- Increased contacts and decreased costs.
It took us less than an hour!
It is very easy to use, intuitive, and does not require any training.
- Grasshopper and Dialpad
Grasshopper is great for having access to all messages and being able to review per phone number. It also allows you to call from the same platform and retrieve VMS. It is not good at all for group texts (not possible). Same with Dialpad.
Using EZ Texting
- Mass-texting.
- Bounce rates.
