Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We basically use EZ Texting to send out any announcements to our customers and vendors in an instant.

  • Give more credits for the price.
  • Allow unused credits to carry over to the next month.
  • It has allowed us to communicate quickly with our customers.
  • It has allowed us to communicate quickly with our vendors.
It was very quick and user-friendly. The tabs on the program are self-explanatory and customer service was available for additional questions I may have had. Not only can you access the program from a computer, but also from a mobile device. This makes communication with the customers mobile as well.

Customer service has always been there to answer my questions.
This feature is user-friendly and allows for our customers to visualize our products.
I would recommend EZ Texting for a small to medium-size company.
