Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I am not sure if other departments use it in the institute but we use it in the Cardiology department. We utilize EZ Texting to engage with patients and to show what services we are able to offer to them.
  • We are able to use it for promotions.
  • It notifies consumers/patients about confirmations, etc.
  • Price is a bit high.
  • Communication is easier, whether it is with customers or employees.
Of course, results didn't come in the beginning. It was trial and error as we were trying to figure out how it works. It took a couple of months with a bit fewer results than what we wanted but has been working for us up until this day and doing very well.
Not all our employees are knowledgeable with coding or are tech-savvy. The user-friendliness has allowed other employees to customize messages or scheduling it without prior experience. It takes away the hassle and keeps the flow of productivity.
We haven't had any negative experience regarding support.
It allows the viewer of the messages to have a visual rather than just reading what the text says. It's not really a necessity but a great feature offered.
Keywords make it simple and allow us to know who received our messages and who's really interested in our promotions and avail them.
It's great to keep in touch with our customers. It allows us to notify them when their appointments are, and keep track of our promotions and tracking purposes.
