Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
As a local QSR owner, I use EZ Texting as one of several ways to communicate with customers. We launched the platform with our grand opening so that customers could text to enter for door prizes and then we could later follow-up about promotions and other notifications.
- User-friendly platform.
- Easy to import contacts.
- Cost is a little high for the service.
- I would love the ability to link it with other platforms.
It is very easy to onboard and start using the product.
I do use graphics. I've heard some recipients state that the image didn't come through. I've never had issues with the test text I send to myself (I copy myself on distributions - which would be a nice perk to do a test text per distribution at no cost). The images allow me to send a graphic advertisement or coupon for customers to redeem, outside of the text.
Customers are able to enter and subscribe from the cashier counter. I love having the keyword, it's the only way I have customers enter.
