We use EZ Texting to contact clients so they complete tasks online after the initial sale.
- API integration is easy with PHP.
- Clients respond to text messages more often than emails.
- Contact to go live from sandbox on API.
- Huge impact in contacting clients which has helped boost sales.
- Quicker response than email.
We got up and running much quicker than expected. API documentation was clear and easy to follow.
API was much harder to program to with not as many options with OpenText.
