Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to inform customers of in-store "pop-up specials" to increase store traffic, as well as to tell them about new arrivals / sales merchandise as part of our weekly cycle. Also, EZ Texting works to notify the customer of changes to our normal operation, such as closing early due to weather, holiday hours, or traffic/construction issues that may affect their travel to our location.

It took two or three weeks to build our customer list, but within hours of our first post, we had walk-in traffic due to seeing the post.
Everyone is trained on how to post, therefore it has simplified the way we communicate with clients and improved customer relationships.
It's so easy that we have never had a problem/issue that required any support.
The feature works, as they say about "a thousand words," showing an image of "just arrived" merchandise has improved "same day" sales.
It helps in filtering what brands a client may/may not be interested in, and therefore it frees up personnel time instead of answering basic questions regarding a brand, size, color, style.
We use EZ Texting as a broadcast tool, to improve communication with clients, for real-time sales activities, and for special event management.
