Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our nonprofit organization uses EZ Texting to send out regular program information and client reminders for program activities, fundraising events, and evaluation. EZ Texting has been an affordable option for our small organization, and it has been reliable and user-friendly. We look forward to continuing to use this service for years and years to come.

  • Being timely and prompt with messages.
  • Being user friendly.
  • The scheduling feature is glitchy.
  • More flexible recurring options would be nice.
  • Being able to send test messages without being charged would be helpful.
  • Providing ways to reach youth better.
  • Helping reach text vs. email people.
  • Helping people stay on target with program attendance by sending text reminders.
The website is easy to use, but the app and mobile web experience are lacking. A more consistent experience across the board would be helpful and desirable. We’d really love to use the app but it does not give us the functions we need from it.
Onboarding was pretty easy to navigate oneself. No additional support was needed.

EZ Texting was very helpful for us when we operated our text banking campaign for the 2020 elections. We were able to track conversations and pull reports. The app needs lots of improvement. There are glitches and not all functionality is there. We find the mobile site more helpful than the app.
