Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
When giving speeches it is an easy and quick way to provide an offering to those interested in the audience. I do not use the captured cell numbers beyond simply providing the promised value (link to a download, etc). No spamming; merely providing easy access to the value of interest to audience members.

- Keyword selection
- Short code was great
- Connect with audience members I would not otherwise have 1:1 with
- Ability to see interest in various value offerings by how many text to various options
The initial support was excellent. I rarely reach out now unless I’m totally flummoxed, but should request help earlier. I’m sure I would receive it
