Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to text a mobile version of our bimonthly company newsletter (which we create through Constant Contact) to all of our employees. This has been proven to help them read it (have a better percentage rate of opening for the newsletter) and get better access to it. A few of our employees don't like receiving text messages (especially from work!) so there are some who have unsubscribed from the texts but for the majority, it seems to go well and the staff like being able to have faster access to it.

- Better images for sending texts.
- Guides/tips on creating engaging texts.
- Ability to add video??
- Better user interface - seems a little outdated.
- We only use this within the company so we can't really comment on this.
I have not found any other product like EZ Texting.
