Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to update members via text. Coaches that are members and that have opted-in to receiving texts will receive text messages for events that are posted on their member dashboards as well as transactional texts for purchases. Member Coaches can opt-in/out of receiving texts as well as change their associated phone numbers as desired too.

- Clients are more timely informed and are interacting more frequently
I've been an EZ Texting customer for 6-7 years now so onboarding back then was a documentation review and implementation. I am not aware of nor have I been onboarded in the traditional sense. I will say the API Documentation was spot on and very easy to understand and integrate.
Hands down EZ Texting has a far better API and pricing.
