Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We currently utilize EZ Texting to send mass text messages to our healthcare employees. We like offering open assignments, assignment changes, holiday closure information and to notify staff when needed credentials are going to expire. We find its the quickest most convenient way to get information out to multiple staff members at one time.

The onboarding process was a bit confusing in the beginning and it did take roughly 2 days to get set up due to not having live agents to answer question, going thru the user videos, and deciding which package to go with would have went smoother and faster with a live agent to help walk thru the onboarding process
