Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Using EZ Texting for push notifications for a client conference. Helping to remind attendees of upcoming items on the agenda. Has helped to increase session attendance.

  • understanding how many credits are needed for texts
  • what could cause a message to become "under review" and how to move it to 'scheduled'
Needs to be a bit easier to schedule time for texts & update the time zone. Also have had challenges with scheduled messages being moved to "under review" without notification which caused a message delay.
