Overall Satisfaction with FieldRoutes

We have a team of over 1000 technicians that uses FieldRoutes daily to view their routes, complete stops, charge customers, and review contracts. Before we used FieldRoutes, we used ServeSuite, and we had to print off routes on paper and have our technicians come into the office daily to pick them up. Once we had field routes, we could have our technicians work remotely and only come in a couple of times a week for chemical pick up and training.

There is no comparison. ServSuite's mobile app was a complete joke and PestPac felt like it was built in the 90s... To train people in either software to be proficient took weeks. You can train in FieldRoutes in a couple of days. The software is intuitive and functions well with low downtime.

I would recommend FieldRoutes to small and mid-sized consumer service companies. For the price point, A/R functionality, and ease of use, there are no real competitors in the market. For Aptive in 2016, it helped make a huge step forward with our processes and turn our technicians mobile. It also dramatically improved our A/R as soon as we started using it.
