Overall Satisfaction with Financial Edge
Financial Edge is being used by our Finance Department for all of the Financial needs. It hasn't really solved any business problems for our organization. However, It does the job of an accounting system.
- Financial Edge does a great job at pulling up reports in the general ledger.
- Financial Edge is great if you have simple accounting needs.
- Financial Edge makes entering A/P fairly easy.
- Financial Edge should not allow for there to have multiple invoices with the same invoice number
- Financial Edge should be more user-friendly when looking for information
- Financial Edge should allow more options for financial reporting
- It saves time by making processes easy for A/P entry
- It gives many options for customizing reporting
- It doesn't have a user-friendly interface for simple GL reporting
I have used EMPS system, which also works the same as Financial Edge. Financial is easier for A/P entry and A/R entry. However, it isn't very user-friendly when trying to look up batches or check-runs previously made. EMPS system works better when looking for check-runs.
