NetSuite is more robust and has better dashboards but is two to three times more expensive annually.
Financial Edge NXT works well with the cloud and non-accountants. Input screens could be improved.

Using Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT

Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT is a nice addition to the Financial Edge platform. Our accounting team still preferred the main platform but used the NXT version as well. I would say the NXT was Blackbaud's early moves into the web based interface while keeping the database full functionality.

Yes - Accounting did not use mobile interface. I did test it for development and it seemed limited. Future work would be needed to make this a valuable add on.
