Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Flock was used as a communication channel to share information over texts & calls. Did not find any problems in usage and found it very convenient to use. A great platform to communicate with anyone within the organization rather than sending emails every time. Can initiate a chat instantly to ask & pass any messages.

Sharing Images, pdf, etc in an instant.
Creating groups within the organization for selected people and sharing needed information.
Tag people with particular information with proper intimation to higher management.
Casual yet professional platform.

Integrating with other platforms can help users to get a one-stop place to manage all activities.

Alternatives Considered

Slack

Flock is a great medium of communication within the organization. The mobile version shows signs of lagging. In comparison with Slack, Slack seems more user-friendly and has a fast interface. Both have similar features but I have found Slack to be easier to use & experience no lags while using.

Flock provides a casual as well as professional approach. Prevents the hassles of communicating over phones. Once logged out the employee will not be disturbed after work hours. All the information, messages, and data that have been communicated to date are secure & can be accessed anytime. A great channel to pass on information to all the employees within an instant.
