Overall Satisfaction with Flowlu

We are using Flowlu across all departments, this is the reason we have purchased Flowlu. To integrate working across departments. It helps us see all the tasks at one place.
  • Flowlu goes till nth level in tasks
  • It has email integrated
  • It is a collaborative system
  • Some more reporting is required
  • it should integrate with whatsapp
  • Flowlu should also start customer support applications
  • It is saving man hours
  • We know what is to be done on daily basis
  • The tasks are tracked
We have been using Trello, but because of its cost vs feature we have to shift from Trello. Flowlu has provided a more detailed task management application which is collaborative and fast.

It is full of features, there are many ways to perform a single tasks. Overall the experience is great [up to] now, support is also good. We normally get support in a few hours. The best is that everything is very easy and self explanatory so we did not find any issue in onboarding and daily usability.
Great Support normally they respond in a few hours, which is very good, the knowledge base is good and the facebook groups are also very responsive. We are finding many videos online which are explaining Flowlu more and more daily.
Flowlu is very simple and feature rich application. I have found many ways of doing a single task in Flowlu, also it is providing us lot of cloud space and email integrations. We are now assigning daily tasks amongst teams and are able to finish daily work schedules. Flowlu is also helping us keep track of customers through CRM. Overall we are happy to use it.

Using Flowlu

10 - They manage transportation of goods for several customers. They dispatch goods, receive goods, arrange for door deliveries and maintain warehousing.
1 - That would be me mostly, but as everyone is learning and there are plenty of resources available at Flowlu website to learn from so the team is learning.
  • Assigning Task to team
  • Tracking progress of works
  • Approving tasks completed
  • Tasks inside tasks is awesome feature
  • mind map is also helping us creating flow charts
  • email integration is keeping everything at one place
  • Customer Support System is required
  • Whatsapp integration
  • Reporting could be improve, we should be able to see primary tasks first and sub tasks inside them not outside in our reports
Definitely, there is no other option because lot of our data is going into Flowlu.
