Forcepoint is used as a web proxy across the vast majority of the organization. The DLP product is used to monitor how and when people attempt to print, store or share data with potentially unauthorized parties. The DLP product is then used to warn people about the potential impacts that such behavior has.
- Captures email attachments in their entirety.
- Recognizes printing.
- Limits on sizes of files.
- The reports require lots of clicking to get to.
- Ability to identify unauthorized data disclosure.
- Inability to capture large files.
Netskope, Digital Guardian. We've stuck with Forcepoint to limit the number of major architectural changes in a given year. If we achieved diminishing marginal returns on its ROI, then we'd change because the prevention is good, but the headache has to be less than the prevention or it needs replacement as a solution.
