Overall Satisfaction with Forcepoint Web Security

Used to help prevent users from accessing malicious sites and sites considered counterproductive to work.
  • Quota Time.
  • Somewhat easy redirection of web traffic.
  • Enforcement is inconsistent at times.
  • Seems to cause connection timeouts with certain websites.
  • Very poor product support.

  • It does seem to block a good amount of malicious sites.
  • Received very poor support during and after a recent upgrade with negative effects for many of our users.
  • Product support is somewhere between mediocre and non-existent.
Proofpoint Email Protection, Cisco Secure Endpoint (formerly Cisco AMP), Ivanti Security Controls
It is well suited to on-premises web filtering. We have recently attempted to implement the agent for remote users and have had issues with it interfering with our VPN software.
