Overall Satisfaction with Formstack

I work at a startup organization that provides online marketing solutions to our customers. I had tried a number of online survey applications before to gather customer data for fulfillment after the sales process had closed but Formstack seemed to be the most user friendly and robust application that met our needs. At peak, we had about 75 active forms that collected information for each of our programs. The workflow was built so that once a customer signed their electronic contract through our CRM, a Formstack form would automatically be sent to them asking for business information that pertained to their specific marketing program. When that was filled out, it would go to the fulfillment team.
Very easy application to use and quick to put a form together.

We haven't had any issues using Formstack, their team continues to improve the product as time goes by and customer service has been very helpful when I've needed them.
I've tried another application called Zoho. While the automation was very helpful, for a non IT user, it was difficult to learn how to use and put forms together immediately and as easily as Formstack is. If you're looking for something that just collects data, Formstack would work for your organization.
