Overall Satisfaction with Formstack
We use Formstack for a variety of needs where information is required to process requests such as purchasing, IT support and professional development requests. It is used mostly by operations but IT uses it as well. It allows us to keep track of all types of requests easily and provide feedback to users.

Flexibility, tools and ROI are the reasons we chose Formstack. Data being exportable to other tools and systems we use also helped to make this determination. The level of complexity and conditional logic it has even at its most basic levels gives it an edge over most products. Good customer support sets them apart as well. However look needs to be updated.
