Overall Satisfaction with FortiClient
We are using FortiClient both for the anti-malware solution for all our endpoints as well as the VPN client to connect laptops to the corporate network. As we are using Fortinet network devices, it's also used for connection to the "security fabric" and allows us to use .1x more securely with some additional security checks.
Since the implementation three years ago, we are happy with this solution mainly because it doesn't give any performance issues on the workstations itself even when the full scan is launched.
- Scans malware on a very high level
- Doesn't leave bad impact to performance
- Centralized management is a bit challenging
- Support cases sometimes takes a bit long
- As the implementation was easy, we have easily switched to this solution with a small effort.
- Managing the whole FortiClient infrastructure is a easy task as it works really stable.
