We are using Fresa gold software for the whole organization from sales, customer service, operations, documentation and accounts. We are generating all the management reports from the system to see the performance of the organization. We are handling sea freight and air freight shipments in Fresa gold. Preparing the quotation, getting approval from customers, creating the bookings, generating jobs, sending the invoices based on quotation, attaching the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin into the system. Very user friendly system, getting the support on time thru ticket system.

As we are in freight forward and shipping solutions, we want to maintain everything in one platform from quote to invoice collection. Fresa Gold is specifically made for freight forwarders in mind. To avoid duplicate data entry, errors on invoices, we want to use one system for all the departments, which is available only in Fresa gold based on my experience.

As we are using Fresa gold for more than 5 years, the support team is very good with proactive responses. As Fresa Team is also from freight forwarding industry, most of the solutions are already available in the software. Fresa blog has answers for most of the questions. All the doubts are cleared then and there because they are arranging daily training sessions (5pm IST).
