Overall Satisfaction with FreshBooks

We used FreshBooks specifically for tracking time worked on specific projects and for invoicing clients.
  • FreshBooks made the invoicing process easy. It was also very easy to set up recurring invoices on a schedule.
  • If you made a mistake recording a payment for a particular invoice, it was difficult to undo the mistake once payment was recorded.
  • We didn't really use FreshbBooks for anything other than tracking project time and staying on top of invoices and payments received.
  • Zoho CRM,Highrise,Nimble,QuickBooks Pro
We actually don't use FreshBooks any longer for our CRM and invoicing needs.
We found other software that included other features we were looking for such as payroll, social media integration, etc.
It seems well suited for a smaller company. I'm not sure how it would fit with a larger company.
