FreshBooks is easy to use for a rather uncomplicated small business. I recommended it to my brother for his new business, and he is using it well enough on his own without too much difficulty. Since I know accounting, he asks me minimal questions about Freshbooks' capabilities. However, my sister has a more robust need for her business, which has more moving parts and uses another software to help manage her business. I spend way more time managing her bookkeeping and concerns.
