Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales

I used Freshsales as a VOIP service provider. For the last 5 months, this service was not provided, there were system errors on their platform which none of the 8 people that I talked to knew how to fix. The only solution was provided was to forward the problem to another co-worker. I lost several thousands of dollars of business, time wasted trying to sort it out, and further expenses as they kept charging my business. When asked to refund my account balance, they instructed me that they do not issue refunds - at all.
