Overall Satisfaction with Freshservice

Freshservice has been used as a ticketing system for a helpdesk in my organization for the IT department plus, it provides asset management and keeps a track of your management system providing a unified complete management system for your organization. IT helped provide our company with great service delivery, and my company was extremely satisfied with the solution.

Freshservice surely reduces man's efforts because of the additional features of Freshservice providing additional benefits to the organization. Keeps track of hardware and software, change management, ticket logging, and if the particular issue is resolved or not. So, I would say yes, it is a time to value deal for any organization.
I have never contacted support for this product.
There were many good reviews about the product, and I must say Freshservice stood truly on those reviews. Freshservice offers a more modern and intelligent User interface as compared to other solutions available in the market, giving it a positive edge. Also, Freshservice is very user-friendly and very easy to use.

Freshservice is a ticketing helpdesk system that can be used by small, mid, and large companies for Helpdesk systems. It helps in smooth service delivery and keeps the organizations up and running. Employees log the tickets, and tasks are assigned to the respective groups within the organization. It is very easy to use and has a very friendly user interface.
