Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Freshworks CRM as a CRM and Sales Engagement platform. Love having sales sequences integrated with the standard CRM system. It's user-friendly, easy to set up and has all my lead information in one place, including communications.

Pros and Cons

Customizable forms and data input.

I'd like the system to auto detect spacing after integers, so that when they are incorporated into a sales sequence, there's not an odd space after the placeholders.

It's easy to setup and use. Its capabilities are what helps me manage my sales pipeline and customer relationships.

Support Rating

Their online support chat isn't monitored regularly, though it says someone will be with you shortly. The follow up from support is spotty.

Likelihood to Recommend

I've used it to create email marketing campaigns with the sales sequencing, and set it and forget it. I love how I've been able to get new interested leads after 4-5 emails without having to constantly check in with the prospect.
