Overall Satisfaction with Frontline Recruiting & Hiring

We use Frontline Recruiting & Hiring for our applicant tracking needs. We use this platform to post internal and external positions, allowing internal and external candidates to apply. If you use requisition numbers, Frontline Recruiting & Hiring help you track the req. Prior to using Frontline Recruiting & Hiring, our applications were still in paper format and we will keeping tracking of applications by date. We would discard any applicants that were a year old. Using the Frontline Recruiting & Hiring platform makes the process that more seamless.

Pros

  • Management access
  • Requisition Tracking
  • Universal use with other local School Districts and Charter Schools

Cons

  • When Frontline Recruiting & Hiring notifies us that we have an interested applicant that applied. The email should include the resume and application.
  • Based on our industry, it would be nice to be able to modify the application
  • Frontline Recruiting & Hiring is not as user friendly when trying to search candidates after a certain period of time.
  • quick response time from management, which includes the ability to write notes to each other
  • Considering the above response, it would be nice if Frontline Recruiting & Hiring provided a notification when management leaves notes about the applicant
  • The ability to see the number or percentage of applicants that do not finish or submit their application.
While any and all platforms have room to grow and evolve. Frontline Recruiting & Hiring overall meets my expectations. There is still some room to grow in its functionality but they have a clear purpose for this platform, which they meet. As I mentioned previously, generationally applicants do not want to complete a lengthy application process. Frontline Recruiting & Hiring eliminates this when other employers use the same platform.
We use Paylocity as our HRIS system and they offer an applitrack/recruiting function. However, we were using Frontline Recruiting & Hiring platform prior to Paylocity. We new Paylocity did not have the universal application process and Frontline Recruiting. We also used in combination with Frontline Recruiting & Hiring a vendor called PAREAP. We post positions PAREAP and direct applicants to Frontline Recruiting & Hiring to apply for a postition.

Frontline Recruiting & Hiring is well suited for the educational industry. Time is valuable and requiring candidates to apply at each employer of choice takes time and can be a bit frustrating. Many schools in Delaware and Pennsylvania use Frontline Recruiting & Hiring. An employer who uses Frontline Recruiting & Hiring makes it easier on the application process because the applicant only has to complete the application once. All you have to do is create one login and password, then they're able to use the same application to apply to any multiple different employers, as long as they use Frontline Recruiting & Hiring. I love this feature.
