Overall Satisfaction with Fuze
Fuze is being used across our organization as both a phone and messaging system. It helps us keep connected. I personally have not used the video functionality, but I know it exists.
The support team has been fantastic in helping me resolve issues I've had so far with the product. Overall the product has been wonderful.
I was not employed here when Fuze was implemented, so I can not accurately give insights into this question.
