Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight

It is being used by our Customer Success Account Managers and our Executive team. It helps us to understand our relationships with our customers, mitigate risk, and solve business problems and develop our relationships.

  • Organize data from Salesforce so that it is actionable
  • Does not integrate with Outlook
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better customer service
  • Executive visibility
We didn't find anything similar to Gainsight, other than leveraging something custom we could create in Salesforce.
For Salesforce customers, it is a huge plus!
