The gem helps me to create talent pipelines and reach out to multiple candidates in one go. I also love the analysis and reports I can build within Gem.
- Send email sequences to multiple candidates at one time.
- Provide analysis and metrics.
- Helps in building future pipelines.
- It would be nice I could send emails through Gem instead of following that process on Linkedin for candidates who do not have their email id.
- I would be nice it I am given an automated analysis of how my sequence did.
- Connecting it not only to LinkedIn but to other sites such as Github and Slack may improve the search scope to recruiters.
- Support in sourcing efforts which reducers the cost per hire.
I use Linkedin Recruiter as my primary tool for sourcing and reaching out to passive candidates.
