Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use Gist for initial sales inquiries and adhoc support issues. It's used across most functions within the company and has worked well so far. The biggest drawback is its inability to work effectively on sites created using New Google Sites. Like everything else, it can only render within the individual page elements and so cannot be overlaid on the page.
  • Lots of different activities covered within one platform.
  • Allows us to gain some extra insight on user activities on the site
  • Live chat on the site is easy to use.
  • As mentioned earlier, does not play well with new Google sites.
  • LTD has worked out very well.
Allows for meaningful contact with prospective clients as they view a landing page and prior to contact details being obtained.
