Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use Gist for day to day support with clients and website visitors. We utilize this all-in-one marketing automation software on 3 of our websites tackling anything from websites issues to lead generation and answering product related questions. We also use it to communicate and interact with users on a regular basis.

  • Wordpress integration.
  • Excellent knowledge base functionality.
  • Improve the email editor. The text sometimes has different text size proportions (links).
  • Easier to access on a smartphone.
  • Ability to share data with co-workers.
  • Affordable.
All in one tool for my marketing requirements under one portal.
Gist is a perfect all-in-one marketing tool with great ease of use that will be very favourable for any company wanting to offer support via website. The chatbot and knowledgebase tools are very useful for my services.

Evaluating Gist and Competitors

Yes - I have used Mailchimp and GetResponse previously and both lacked the combination of tools provided by Gist.

Gist Support

Whenever I contacted Gist, I received a prompt reply. I receive periodic emails to my issues should the Gist agent be busy or not available, and overall the agent is readily available to answer my questions.

Prior to my switch to Gist's all-in-one platform, I was on the support plan and the agent who attended my email marketing issue assisted me and explained me to why some of my required functionality was not available on my initial plan choice and why I should opt for the all-in-one plan to cater to my requirements best.
