Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We currently use Gist on a WordPress site that runs on BuddyBoss, LearnDash and WP Fusion.
It is dual purpose in that we use it for customer support, but we also use it as a CRM to use with WP Fusion so that we can tag users when they purchase products and gate content based on those tags with WP Fusion.

I think that if you are looking for a live chat solution, Gist is one of the best on the market. It doesn't necessarily provide the best solution for email support if someone is looking for a Shared Inbox, though it does provide that.

What it also provides is Marketing Automation and Emails, so it is able to handle customer support requests, as well as launch marketing campaigns based on the user data in its CRM.
