Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We use GiveSmart for our annual Online Raffle & Auction, registration/sponsorship for our Golf Outing, and the Champions feature for our annual peer-to-peer walkathon and smaller DIY fundraising events.
- Easy reporting.
- Quick to respond customer service.
- Helpful training and tutorials.
- We have had several experiences of weird glitches (selecting users and getting kicked out of system, reports not pulling right, or batches not showing up for a few weeks) and the response has been "hmmm I'm sorry you are experiencing that. we have received the report, but can't help you at this time."
- We have reported notification issues where not all admins consistently receive all notifications. The problem has not been solved and we were not strongly assured anyone cared or is working on it.
I have used a few other similar products and reviewed several before selecting GiveSmart. We went with GiveSmart because it was simple and user friendly.
Quick customer service response, not always able to help with bigger picture issues though.
