Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We started to use GiveSmart last year primarily as a silent auction platform for an event that we switch from in-person to virtual, but going forward we will begin using the platform's full capabilities. It has been very useful for contactless uses in the time of Covid to make all participants feel safe.

- Setting up pre-scheduled text messages.
- More design options to customize pages.
- Ability to require fees be paid by user.
- Ease of participant's use and to have a credit card on file.
We were looking into using OneCause, then realized that GiveSmart is very comparable and we were already using the platform. Current participants would then would not need to set up a new user profile for our upcoming events. We had not been taking advantage of the full potential of GiveSmart, and with our largest event of the year coming up in the Fall as in-person, we will be exploring all that GiveSmart has to offer.
I am happy that I am able to create custom colors to reflect our corporate colors, and importing images, logos and backgrounds to support each event. I look forward to adding more pages to the home page to fill out the event further in future events and our account rep recently explained how to use the custom link on a button that would go to a separate page with additional info, such as an event speaker's bio.
