Overall Satisfaction with Glassdoor.com
We use Glassdoor.com to own the reputation of our clients and to sponsor jobs through PPC when necessary. We also have a review response strategy and try to respond to each review. Glassdoor also shows us to advertise on some competitor sites and to programmatically serve display ads to our audience.
- Owning your company profile and reputation.
- Programmatic display advertising.
- Company updates seem to provide little value.
- Tracking is constantly an issue.
- PPC is consistently top performer in CPA.
- Quality of candidates is higher than competitors.
Indeed is still nascent in the space but often claims to have more reviews for a company. This is true, but we’ve seen these reviews mainly coming from more entry-level or hourly workforce. Glassdoor seems to be more prevalent with all job seekers. Comparably is an up and coming competitor in the space that has a good business model and value prop, just not the SEO value and traffic.
