Overall Satisfaction with Glint

Our executive team was interested in soliciting feedback from the company. Our culture was having issues and people didn't feel comfortable speaking up. Glint anonymous surveys were introduced as a potential solution. Individuals were sent "pulse" surveys and could easily fill them out. Then the management team would discuss the results during all hands. It was a great tool to solicit feedback but I was of mixed opinion about the management team's ability to implement change or even discuss the issues transparently.
  • Great way to create and send surveys.
  • Easy to fill out when expecting 100s of responses.
  • Effective at collating response for management teams to review.
  • Ability to complete on mobile devices.
  • Management coaching to fix discovered problems.
  • Individual responses to individual issues.
  • Clear explanation of anonymity or who will end up reading the feedback.
  • Feeling more involved in company decisions.
  • Getting feedback to management on critical problems.
  • Having a place to vent in anonymity.

Would you buy Microsoft Viva Glint again?

Yes

Sending out quick "pulse" surveys to any number of employees. Pulling together the responses into a tool for understanding responses. It is great at soliciting feedback but I'm not sure it actually helps management change. I think a great evolution of the business would be to combine change management with survey responses. It is often hard for people to change. Giving them the data is a great first step but it's not the end state.
