Overall Satisfaction with GlobalMeet Collaboration

We use GlobalMeet to hold conference calls with partners and customers outside of our internal organization. Teams from various departments such as sales, hardware, software and marketing use the platform. It addresses the problem of communicating outside of our internal IT infrastructure seamlessly. GlobalMeet is great for collaborating with users remotely and from other organizations.

I have not used support for GlobalMeet Collaboration as I have not encountered any technical issues thus far.
Webex has a "Call Me" feature that allows the platform to call the user so that they don't have to physically call into the meeting.

GlobalMeet Collaboration is a lot more modern and very easy to use for our users that it replaces the need to pick up the phone and dial into a conference line. We can easily just use our mobile device's speakers for sound to hear and communicate with participants of the meeting. Employees are a lot more productive, especially those who are remote and we are able to better support them.
GlobalMeet Collaboration is great for giving product trainings, presentations and webinars over the phone to a wide number of users remotely. It is well suited for meetings where screens and documents need to be shared live during a conference call for easy collaboration.
