Easy to deploy and set up, pretty inexpensive for all its awesome tools for delivery and promotions. The ability to set up and draw unlimited custom delivery areas offers great flexibility to the restaurant in order to have more control over their delivery partners. Also, they have 24/7 chat support that is always happy to assist you with any inquiries.

- Easy to set up an deploy a location in few hours
- A more powerful tablet apps in which you could edit the locations
- More options for coupons and promos that are more personalized
- A better analytics and reporting system with more tools and charts for an easier work
- Custom and unlimited delivery areas
- Global menu for easier management
- Unlimited promos and coupons when the addon is paid for
- Since it was bought by Orale it stopped supporting some countries such as Venezuela, where we also had it but lost out account
Definitely, it's overall UI/UX, how easy to use the tool is, very intuitive, and a well-written wiki in case of doubts. The platform itself is free to use, so it's a win-win situation for almost every restaurant that is looking for a great, powerful but also inexpensive delivery, online ordering, and tablet reservations platform.
