- Recording sales calls for note taking: super helpful to not have to take notes. - Analyzing calls for coaching and improvement: great coaching and tracking tool for leadership - We use Gong across all active opportunities with customers and prospects which means we save a lot of time and have a lot of data to analyze

Gong has great insights like: interactivity, talk time, monologues, etc.; that I look at after every call. It helps me actively think about my communication style and customer interaction in a way that is standardized. that being said, more would always be great. But, the benefits are clear and have positively changed my behavior.
