Overall Satisfaction with Gong

- Recording sales calls for note taking: super helpful to not have to take notes. - Analyzing calls for coaching and improvement: great coaching and tracking tool for leadership - We use Gong across all active opportunities with customers and prospects which means we save a lot of time and have a lot of data to analyze

Gong provides a ton of valuable insight with little work from employees; recordings are automatic, insights are built in, and the ability to pull and analyze reports is generally automated. For me, the down side has been slow loading that leads to frustration and stopping using the tool.
Gong has great insights like: interactivity, talk time, monologues, etc.; that I look at after every call. It helps me actively think about my communication style and customer interaction in a way that is standardized. that being said, more would always be great. But, the benefits are clear and have positively changed my behavior.

Well suited: recording calls for note taking, tracking deal activity, managing a large number of customer calls in a way that is automated and stores everything in one place.

Not well suited: for finding small, specific phrases in calls; this still takes a lot of time and would be great with more searching.
