Gong always gives me more insight into what is going on with my deals and lets me easily stay up to date with deals that might be at risk. It also gives me easy action items to follow up on from the calls I have with customers. This tool is an invaluable resource for a sales professional.
I have used other call recording software platforms, like Zoom and Chorus.ai. However those platforms are not the easiest to leverage and get around in. Gong makes everything very easy to get to and you can find what you are looking for without having to search around aimlessly like in other platforms.
