Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record all of our discovery calls and demo's. At first I thought it was slightly creepy, but now I could not live without it. Especially if you have a remote sales organization this is amazing for the onboarding process. It also allows for knowledge sharing between new employees and seniors without them having to present in each others meeting. Being able to listen back to calls and look at the KPI's and insights really helps you to improve your calls.

- Languages outside of English
- Saves a lot of time
- Speeds up onboarding of new hires
- Introduces prospects to AE via recorded Disco calls
It really helps with follow up steps and making sure you stay engaged with prospects.
