Gong is primarily used to record external calls with prospects. We use the transcripts of the calls frequently to reference the calls quickly or as a training mechanism.

Calls are easily identified through an effective search function.
Yes, but could be improved. We haven’t dug into the features much, but you have to know what to do with the insights; it doesn't give many concrete suggestions on how to fix them.
